Has anyone any idea of how long it can take to get to the tribunal. I have asked for extra evidence from my hospital and also questioned the fact that DWP person is not qualified to read through my medical evidence that i have sent to them during the mandatory reconsideration. Also I have question why ask for my professionals when they answered that it was up to the ATOS nurse to decide whether she need extra evidence, when the form was clearly sent by the Dwp. Feeling shattered and only in a month as it is

Phone the Tribunal venue they should be able to give you a good idea of how long you will have to wait.

Remember, whilst the issues you raise will help to undermine the DWP's Decision they will not in themselves lead to an award, this will only happen by your showing that you meet criteria to score the points you need.
