Submitting extra information after ESA-5O was created by annie-rose
Hello,

I sent my ESA-50 for my ESA reassessment this week but I have just realised that I did not send in a diary of my 'Typical Day' this time. I was not called for a Medical assessment last time but I'm worried that the lack of 'typical day' information could make a difference because I know from searching this site that the health assessors like to get an idea of a typical day for the claimant. Should I send this in late?

Send a copy to the same address with a covering letter and take a copy with you if you have a face to face.

Thanks Gordon.

I imagine you cannot comment on this but do you know whether sending in an example day would really make much difference to my claim? or make it any less likely that I'll be called for an assessment?

It may help with your claim but is unlikely to make difference on whether you need a face to face. Decisions about this are more dependant on independent evidence than the claimants own testimony.
