We are currently waiting to receive some medical information that has been requested from your GP surgery.

When this is received a Healthcare Professional will review you referral to see if we have sufficient information to enable us to provide advice to the DWP without the need for a face to face assessment on this occasion or not. You will be notified of the outcome of this stage of your referral in due course.

Do you think that is a 113 form, something like that? stressing now as is a new GP practice we have been transferred to and haven;t even met my named GP. He knows of my conditions and care plan though. Oh dear.

What area are you in ? I'm in the Coventry & Warwickshire area and am still waiting. I returned mine last Dec. Gorden is right chasing them up won't make much difference, I actually phoned earlier this week, which I thought was a reasonable thing to do after 6 months. Unfotunately I was met with irritation and was told 'what's your problem you're still being paid' just thought I'd share that with you before you start to chase them up.

Just to give you some indication of timescale my GP returned the form 1st Feb. But as you know there's no decision as yet as per my earlier post. Hopefully yours won't take so long.

Just wrote a note saying that and also a print out of the email so hopefully that might hurry up the GP! Husband wrote a few notes with me also to put in for them.
