I WAS ASKED TO PERFORM ASPECTS OF THE PYSICAL EXAM THAT WAS GOING TO CAUSE ME PAIN AND ASKED WHAT WAS CAPITA RULES ON THAT AND WAS TOLD NOT TO ATTEMPT THEM BUT THIS WAS HELD AGAINST ME IN MY MANDATORY RECONSIDERATION WHAT IS THE BEST POLICY

Please don't post in capitals as it causes problems for members who use screen readers.

All you can do in the MR is explain why you did not attempt the physical exercises, be aware that you are not required to do any PIP activity pain free, but if you experience severe discomfort (this is a DLA term, PIP has no equivalent that we can use), or worse then that would be Good Reason for not making the attempt.
