ESA appeal was created by Louise64
Hello
Can I ask what DWP mean when they say: "you have not supplied medical evidence of your Limited Capability for Work, a full system check was undertaken but there was no further medical evidence holding at the time of decision".

I sent a lot of documents in regards to my health so I don't know what they mean by the above statement!? I am in process of appeal.

Can anyone help, thanks in advance for your time.

IT could mean two things;

First that they think you submitted no evidence at all, or

That, in their opinion, the evidence you submitted was not considered as relating to the ESA Descriptors.

As you have requested an appeal, you should receive from the DWP a bundle of evidence which will include all of the documents used in the making of the Decision so you can verify whether the information you sent them was actually looked at.

If the latter then you need to think about what you sent and whether it does actually support your limitations in regard to the ESA activities.
