Hello, I have just joined as a new member and paid the fee. Can someone give me a link to a guide to filling in the esa form. I am quite overwhelmed by the amount of help there is. I will likely be late to get my form in by the looks of the detail required and medical evidence as I have a lot to go through but I can also try to ask for further evidence from my physiotherapist and my GP. Is it generally a problem to send the form back late??
Please be aware, the ESA50 has to be returned within the four weeks allowed, there are no extensions available and if the form is not received back by the required date your claim can be closed.
Although it is to avoided if possible, returning an incomplete form is better than being late.
