Eastbourne appeals court was created by soxie
I won my appeal at Eastbourne 2 weeks ago but thought I should mention that the courtroom used was miles from the entrance and at one point I had to go outside and around the back of the building, all the way there were cameras it took me over 20 mins and there were handrails but no way would anyone in a wheelchair be able to manage it. I was also followed by someone who when I stopped to gather myself stopped as well and made a ''call'' she turned out to be the dwp rep at my appeal.......... saying that she turned out to be the nicest one there....

Congratulations on winning your appeal.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, if you have not already done so, I would check with the DWP, that they have received the Decision Notice.

How unfair !!! After all the stress you have undoubtedly been through, won your appeal, then told they may stll appeal against the decision.

The DWP have exactly the same further right of appeal as the claimant to take the matter further.
