Hi there, Hope you are enjoying the lovely hot weather!
I’m concerned about an ESA appeal & how much of my personal details will be accessible to the general public & what available as public records. 1. If it is an oral court hearing, what, if any, will be public? a. My name, address, phone no., dob, GP details, details of appeal, appeal form, ESA forms, medical supporting documents, listings, appeal outcomes, etc? b. Will it be an open court where the general public can attend? 2. If it is a paper hearing, what, if any, will be public? 3. If public, are there any conditions under which it could be a private hearing & personal details remain confidential?
