Hi
I am currently waiting for my tribunal date to come through (been waiting about 3 months so far) When we challenged the DWPs decision in the first place we challenged it purely because I hadn't been awarded the correct amount of points. My partner and I now wish to also challenge the amount of time its been awarded for because the toll it's taking on my health is incredible and before you know it we will have to start the whole stressful process again. Have we left it too late to do this please as we have already given the reason for appealing? Or can we just send another letter off now to the tribunal stating we would like to contest that also and give our reasons why.

You can send further documentation explaining why you think that a longer award would be appropriate, but be aware the panel cannot take into account and deterioration of your conditions that has occurred since the date of the Decision being appealed, so you will need to show that the length of the award was inappropriate based on your conditions as they were then.
