Over the moon, had a paper appeal on 29th June, recieved results saying that I am entitled to enhanced rate for care and mobility with no fix term. DWP had given me low rate care and no mobility, so very pleased. Can the DWP refuse to go along with the appeal result? Not heard anything yet from DWP, waiting for the letter to land.
