I am being advised to be as brief as possible when filling in the PIP2 form as " someone has to read it"
Other reports i see say fill in as much detail as possible.
I have several heath conditions so i need to address each one in relation to the descriptors i feel apply to me but i dont want to overdo it if you understand. Can i use the keywords reliably, repeatedly in my answers?
Any recommendations please

Have you decided what you are going to do about the PIP1 and making a claim for PIP?

Whilst I would always encourage members to write concisely on the PIP2 form I would not recommend doing this at the expense of explaining your problems with each of the PIP activities in detail.

Yes, you can and should refer to any issues you have with reliably completing the PIP activities in your answers, but make sure that you use the actual terminology, "reliably" is a catch all phrase for four specific terms.

• Safely – in a fashion that is unlikely to cause harm to themselves or to another person.
• To a necessary and appropriate standard – given the nature of the activity.
• Repeatedly – as often as is reasonably required.
• In a timely manner – in a reasonable time period.

See the PIP Claim for more details.
