It's a standard letter that they include in their submission, don't worry about it, I've not heard of a single case where the Tribunal Service have paid any attention to it.

Thankyou Gordon,
I'm appealing as my condition and how it affects my everyday life has not changed.
I've got equipment in place at home and deal with things in a coping strategy
I was awarded 11 points fprior and 8points on mobility when I applied the first time and nil points on my re submission as my 2 years was up.
Can you give me any pointers or where to go to prepare for my appeal .
Thankyou

Appeals are all about the claimant showing that they meet the criteria for an award, so go back to your PIP or AR1, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to make sure that you have shown this.

Make sure that you understand the criteria and remember that you must be able to complete the activities reliably and on the majority of days not to score points, so if you can't always do the activities explain how and why this is the case.
