I have now been informed that is when i will receive my letter. I am seriously loosing the plot and the will to carry on. I have bpd and epilepsy, and have proved beyond reasonable doubt I have a waisting shin and fused foot. I am in the luton area, can anyone say whether it is better to opt for the oral or just paper tribunal. I have emailed them my concern's and used my MP too. I feel they are pushing me over the edge
If you have involved your MP then there is little else that you can do. Would your GP be willing to write a short letter explaining that you conditions are deteriorating because of the delay?
