I doubt that most do, but some may, if you are concerned then check your security setting so that only your friends and family can see you activity.

Yes they do- I've known people get asked about things they had put in their Facebook accounts of things they had done and same with photos on Instagram .

I find thping easier than writing but don't understand why it matters.Social media has literally been my life line- are we being culled or am i paranoid!?

No it's just I've known people who applied for things saying they couldn't leave the house alone or were too weak/couldn't do stuff and then at their face to face they were asked how they explained the photos of themselves in face book or Instagram of them trampolining or going to Alton towers, and someone who said they needed 24 hour support was asked about her trip alone to America which she posted on FB, and another lady was asked about her hobbies she had put on fb that she didn't mention on her pip form. I don't think they are being unfair - just making sure things are accurate - it's no different than looking at medical reports.
