Not sure about taking my husband to the tribunal do I right his name on appeal form

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Your husband can attend as a witness or just to offer moral support, or you can go on your own, although you need to be aware that if you have issues with travelling or meeting people then this will likely count against you.

You should only name your husband on the request if he is acting as your Representative, which I would not expect him to be doing.
