can anyone expain if i can have a blue badge x

You may have automatic entitlement - this would be if you have high rate mobility DLA or scored enough points in the mobility element of PIP.

If you do not have automatic qualification you would have to apply to your local authority and might have to undergo a mobility assessment from them.

From my own experience, my local council were very helpful, you just have to explain how your condition affects you and provide supporting evidence from a GP otherwise you may have an assessment.

I have Fibromyalgia, and needed to get a letter from my GP stating this and it's effects, they kept my application on hold while I waited for my letter and I scanned and emailed it, not much after that I received my Blue Badge. They were also informed I applied for PIP but got rejected and I was MR the decision.

i have letters off my doctor and an esa medicle which gave me 15 points on mobility,i get pip standard but i sent a letter from cab to say i wasnt happy and i cant do the things she said i could ,i have anxiety issues ,i have problems with my ,neck/back/knees /and lower spine.i use a crutch,does the blue badge pay for tax off car x
