Government criteria for ‘switching off’ WCA retest

am due reassessment 2019 and fit the criteria (that's if "they" condescend to apply it)
My last two assessments state and make reference, in the assessors reports to this criteria
i was hoping all that would be picked up on come assessment time be applied before i have to refill the esa50

By the time you are reassessed we should have a much better idea of how the new guidelines are being used. We really have no more information about this than anyone else at the moment.

On the general subject of ESA SG reassessments, some of these are carried out at a 'filework' stage anyway, so it may not be a case of another assessment as such. I have had 3 of these such assessments and they seem to simply refer to the previous report, as evidence and any new evidence. I wonder what it means about asking for further evidence and this being done once and one follow up call. Does it mean a ESA 113 form or something different? The 113 form does not ask about prognosis. And if they already have a ESA113 on file do they need to do another one?

I am in the support group after moving over from Incapacity Benefit.
I have MS (I am diagnosed), not worked for 20 years having had MS for over 30 years.
I have been through the appeal process previously in 2007 and won with the help of this site and found to have limited work capability.
At the age of 62 and even with a supporting evidence from my MS nurse outlining all my problems I have been asked to attend a WCA on the 17th October.
I tried to discuss this with the DWP and explained I have a life long chronic progressive disease that had got worse since my last WCA and the woman was not interested and said all previous information did not count and put the phone down on me.
Maximus say they have no control over the decision to retest me and my MP has not bothered to answer my request for him to make the announcement about not retesting clearer for people like myself.
So guys it looks like I shall just have to suck it up and go through this ridiculous and unfair process again.
This time I am wiser but the descriptors are more rigorous and I think the test is more aggressive.
Wish me luck....although despite my medical condition I feel a tribunal coming on!
