Pip stopped

my wife has been on pip now for 2 yrs had a re assessment 2mths ago at home as she has chronic IBS among other illnesses and mental health issues. she hasn't left the house in 6yrs due to diorrea every and all day all that time. I will cut this long story short OBVIOUSLY SHE FAILED IN A LETTER RECEIVED YESTERDAY. now we know the mandatory reconsideration will be rejected as they do with all of us and we are prepared for tribunal as the assessor lied about almost everything. what I really NEED ASSISTANCE WITH IS THAT HER NEXT PIP PAYMENT IS DUE IN 2 DAYS (MON 2ND OCT) And letter we received yesterday said they stopped her pip claim on 22nd Sep this month, will she still get her last payment on Monday as they stopped her pip in between payments. somebody pls HELP ASAP. THANKS

you need to ask for a copy from dwp as i did,once you get that i would go to your local cab to book an appointment to visit them. if you look at the date at the top of your letter you have 28 days from then. ring up the court to say you are waiting for an appointment to seen at CAB .dont worry about being late as you tick that on the courts paper you are sending them ,they can choose to allow the letter as its late and also the dwp can as well but normally dont ,photo copy everything get a doctors letter if you havent yet to support you,send recorded del so you can track,if you have any recent medicle problems or scans keep all of them plus doctors appointments dates.good luck
