Quick Question Regarding Cancelled ESA F2F

My ESA "Health Assessment" was dude today. I turned up as scheduled and was informed that they had try to contact me to cancel the appointment and basically sent me away and said they would write to me to re-arrange the appointment.

My question is this: irrespective of having re-arranged the previous assessment myself, would I now be entitled to further re-arrange the next appointment if necessary?

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

You are still allowed to change the appointment once without penalty - as long as the Assessment Provider admits that this was their fault.

You might like to take note of the advice in this link
