Dr won't do me print out off illnesses was created by Gail
Hi how can I can a list of illnesses I have when drs won't do one and receptionists say I have to send a letter to request this and pay ,anyone else had this problem talk about not helping you so basically I won't get pip now at my appeal may as well give up now

Lots of people win their appeal without including their medical records, so please don't give up having come so far.
You can request a copy of your medical records from your GP practice.
Requesting your medical records
Charging for medical records
If you can't afford this then write to the Tribunal Service and ask the Judge to make a request for them, that way you won't have to pay, just be aware that they will see all of them so if there is anything negative in your records then this may not be worth doing.

Hi Gail. Only a thought but if you have a repeat prescription you could send a copy with an explanation alongside each item what condition it is prescribed for. I found the diary sheets really helped too as they need to know how your conditions affect you daily and can give them a real insight to just how incapacitated you are in daily life. Good luck.
