I have done an appeal to the tribunal for my PIP benefit. I have supplied a doctor's and counsellor's report but the Welfare Advisor advised a full medical record as well and asked me to sign a consent form which I am not really happy about having to do with it containing private and sensitive information but felt I had to. Do I have to let the DWP have a copy of this as well, with my appeal now going to the tribunal please or can I just keep it to the Court and Welfare Officer? I don't want the whole world knowing all my personal history. Thank you.
