Work capability assessement was created by bluebee
hello
After two cancellations because of backlogs, my daughter has to attend an assessment
my daughter has cerebral palsy and austic behaviour from birth and is In the support group
of E.S.A , this will be the first time she has had to attend anything like this.

Because of her disability's she has been deemed by specialist employment agencies unable to work, due to what I have read on the site I am extremely anxious about attending
We only received the letter three weeks ago and the ES50 form was submitted ten months ago since then my daughter has been seriously ill in hospital and is still in recovery which will take up to twelve months so all this new evidence is not on the original form the appointment is next week. I would be very grateful for any advice
Thank You

Write to Maximus with an update on your daughters conditions, it will help if you stick to the same format as the ESA50 and comment on her current ability to complete each of the ESA activities.

It will also help if her GP can confirm what has happened since the ESA50 was originally completed and also make their own comments on her completing the ESA activities;

Obviously the information needs to be with Maximus before the assessment.
