Give it a couple of days and then contact the DWP office that was dealing with your claim, you can ask to have your ESA reinstated at the ESA Assessment rate will you wait for a hearing.

Do you want to attend? Success rates tend to be higher where the claimant does, let the Tribunal Service know what your decision is.

Now that your appeal is accepted the DWP will prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.

ESA has very specific criteria that the claimant has to meet for an award, your post and the response from the Decision Maker suggests that although you have explained your problems, what you have included does not relate to this criteria and this is why your claim has been unsuccessful.

I would start by going through our ESA Claim guides to understand what you are being tested against , compare this to your answers on the ESA50 you complete to see whether you have explained yourself correctly.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
