Is the change over from DLA to PIP delayed
Haven't been asked to a f2f assessment as yet.
Not that I'm complaining.
I've asked this question before and you explained that the DWP are randomly picking people on indefinite awards.
Is this still the case?
Also I've seen that some claimants who have supplied enough evidence do not need to attend a f2f? Is this true.

Kind regard and thanks in advance

Yes the transfer project is running behind schedule, the new date is late next year but even that seems wildly optimistic based on the progress to date,

Claimants with both fixed term and indefinite awards are being selected at random.

It is possible to avoid a F2F by providing sufficient evidence, but it will also depend on your conditions, at the moment only about 10% of assessments, including reassessments of existing claims, are done without seeing the claimant.
