Hi,
My partner last had his ESA review in 2012 which was an indefinite award at that time. However, I'm thinking that they will be coming for him again soon, & I just wondered what's the procedure? I have looked but can't see anything sorry, & my memory's not the best. Do they send a form for you to complete first, or do you just get an appointment for the medical? Thank in advance.

Your partner should receive a new ESA50 to complete.
