PIP Tribunal was created by braveheart
Could anybody offer some help please. I have my appeal date come. Can you tell me whether the tribunal panel read any or all of the evidence before the tribunal? It seems strange for them to go through about 30 detailed pages of evidence and statements in the time that I would be there and fully digest its content. As I am chronically ill, if on the day I simply cannot go and want them to deal with it on the papers, do they do it at the tribunal time and start reading then, or would they have read documents beforehand?
Thank you for your help.

The panel are issued all of the documents logged for the appeal a day or two before the appeal and will have read them before the actual hearing.
