I have been waiting for my PIP Tribunal date, I have been on DLA high rate mobility for many years this I was awarded for life, like so many others I had to change to PIP without any choice. I was assessed by an assesser that has told an absolute load of lies about me, consequently loosing my higher rate back to standard rate. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis over 20 years ago and as most people would no it doesn’t get any easier. I’m on methotrexate and various other anti-inflammatory drugs . I have been waiting for a Tribunal date since July 2017 and was wondering if anyone else has waited this long for a date.if anyone can give me any advice to help my Tribunal it would be welcomed, I have lost my motorbility car and becoming a recluse, not to mention the anxiety and depression that goes with it all.
