Hello
I am wondering if one has lodged an appeal for an hearing and the appeal bundle has been produced with a submission and you then change from a paper hearing to a oral hearing what sort of timescale is involved for an oral hearing to be arranged ?

Thank you

XFACTOR

A minimum of 3-4 months and some areas are now running at six months or more.

You can contact the Tribunal Service, they will know what current wait times are for your likely venue.
