Thankyou Gordon your are so kind helping me I will do what you have advised yes I have a copy of the assessment report and a lot of what I told the assessor has not mentioned in the report for example I explained I cannot go to the toilet alone she said well how do you manage in work? I explained I don't go unless I'm really desperate and then a work colleague will go with me (she understands my disability) and is my support in work which is authorised by management this was not in her report

Hi Min, I was in a similar situation last yr and had to go through mandatory reconsideration and to court to win my case. I hope I can offer some advice...
If you can get a letter of support from a local Disability Rights Advisor or Citizens advice that might help, if not don't worry.
When you prepare your arguement, follow the examples given on here for each question, it may get very repetitive.
For example - re moving around- Due to my (condition) osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia, I am unable to do this safely, reliably, repeatedly and in a timely manner because, I experience pain as analgesia wears off, have poor balance and need to furniture walk or use handrails/stair lift and become breathless very quickly. Relate this to your own circumstances.
The reliably, safely, repeatedly and in a timely manner apply to each question, so repeat it back often.
The fact that you work should not be a barrier to your right to this benefit, but if you have to go to court, it might help you to make a statement that if mobility is not high rate or that affect your ability to get to work, or lose motability car. Not sure if that makes any difference, the Moderator may comment on that, but it's worth a go!
Fight your corner and very good luck.

In arguing your case, for mandatory reconsideration or court, I would ask both your Works Manager, Supervisor or Colleague to write a letter of support confirming what you have already stated is your difficulty in toileting and what the outcome would be if no-one attending or assisting you.
