My partner is currently undergoing a mandatory reconsideration for PIP, and I was just wondering if the decision maker is likely to call my partner to discuss his claim?

It's not impossible but if you have not requested them to contact you then it's unlikely that they will.

If they aren't going to revise the Decision then I think it is almost certain that they won't call.
