Success at Tribunal Hearing was created by Esther
Hi

I had a tribunal hearing this week with regards to staying on ESA. I was in the support group and appealed to stay on ESA, after Maximus wrote a biased Medical Report based on their querky opinions and brief ‘observations’.
It was a success. I was placed in the wrag group, which is a step in the right direction at least.
I have mental health problems (ptsd and anxiety, depression etc).
Just wanted to encourage anyone who feels the need to challenge the DWP. If you can, go for it, one step at a time, and don’t give up!

Thanks too for all the moderators advice and support :)

Now onto dealing with PIP (which they recently stopped). One down, one to go.
