Out of curiosity? was created by Judy
Even though I won my PIP tribunal months ago can I ask for an SOR as to why I won? If I have to go through this again I would like to know what points I made swayed the decision. If I can who do I ask for it please?

Judy

A SoR must be requested within one month of the hearing however I would not recommend anybody that is happy with their award to make a request for one. This is the first stage to an appeal to the UTT and you would be opening the door for the DWP to make one when they had not previously intended to.
