Time of walking? was created by lynnmattimoe@gmail.com
I've severe brittle asthma, partial lung collapse and aspergillosis. I walked less than 20metre reliably last time in my pip assessment and got 13 points, which was my first.

From what I read they are now asking people the time it takes you to walk and they are calculating the distance from your answer. Atos up here.

Has anyone else had this and if you are like me what was the outcome as I've got the renewal and gonna tick no change. Thank you

They have been asking this for some time but the legal criteria remains the distance that you can walk so don't feel you have to answer a question about the time, just stick to quoting the distance. If you do answer with a time make sure that it is reflective of your actual walking speed, don't get bullied in to a figure that is not relevant to you.

I'm afraid we don't have enough feedback on the forum about this matter to comment on how, if indeed it has, effected reassessment results.
