Pip appeal

I went for my appeal as I was awarded the low rate for both care and mobility,I had previously had high rate for both Dla care and mobility and it was adjourned as the welfare rights officer who helped me fill in my form was too busy to fill in the whole of my form at my appointment,
so she said she would fill the rest of it later from my post it notes and I signed it .But the appeal panel said that was wrong and they asked me to give them permission to contact my doctor to see my medical records.They also questioned why I am still my husbands carer and needing care myself. I was my husbands carer for years before becoming disabled myself he has osteoarthritis and severe anxiety,social phobia. I explained to them I do all his speaking for him
and other members of our family provide any physical care he needs.
It was a terrible experience,they made me feel like a criminal and said if I continue with the appeal they could stop my carers allowance or even be marked down further myself but if I stop the appeal then I will stay as I am.The welfare rights officer said I can decide over the weekend and let her know if I wanted to go ahead ,I don’t know what I should do,I just feel like I’m being
threatened can anyone advice me please

I suffer from Anklosing spondylitis,under active thyroid,high blood pressure,asthma,lupus anticoagulant ,depression,Ibs, also have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis
