Pip forms sent out already

I am always happy to renew my membership as I seem to ask for advice every couple of years ..ok ...my son is epileptic with no warnings ....he was on DLA for long time and in the support group ...every few years they seem to call him back, kick him off, go to tribunal, put straight back on.......in 2016 they took him off altogether and first his family knew was when they checked their bank account. His wife phoned and were told that he hadn’t sent back his renewal forms. Wife explained they had not received any., and was eventually told sorry they had missed him but now he would have to apply for PIP. Was sent for interview where a young physio interviewed him. I was with him. He was turned down. Went for tribunal and they put him onto pip, albeit at the lowest level. Tribunal letter stated until April 2019. On Saturday 13th January 2018; he received papers from PIP to apply. Not the huge one with all the pages, but a shorter version as they said his current one runs out April this year ?? ...it clearly states on the tribunal letter April 2019 ...apart from epilepsy, he also has sleep apnoea as he doesn’t get enough oxygen during the night and cannot use the mask as it is not advised for epileptics, plus anxiety. At this moment he and his family (wife, 2 children both autistic) are in the process of council giving them a 3 bed house as the current one only has 2 beds ...so expecting the move within next week ..just pure stress for then anyway as these things are often not good for autistic children to cope with. You can imagine the stress they are all under ...soooooo...would it be advisable for his wife to phone the benefits and as why they have sent this out a year early or not ? ...appreciate any advise thanking you in advance ....

Ok thank you Gordon ...we will just have to keep a close watch on him as many seizures have come through stress
