hi I'm in esa support group and pip, my question is if my daughter gives me money to buy my council house will i have to inform dwp and would this affect my esa claim thank you.

The PIP is not an issue as it is not means tested,
If you are only receiving Contribution Based ESA again it is not an issue.
For Income Related ESA, it is not the giving that would be a problem but any ownership of the money that you had prior to the house purchase. So if they gave you the money now and it exceeds £6000 the your ESA(IR) would be effected, however, if they paid the vendor directly then it wouldn't.

Forgive me, but I find it very worrying that your original post suggested an event in the future and your latest post suggests that it has already happened!
If you still live in the house then it should not be a problem, however, if you do not then it could be a big problem.
