dla and attendace allowance when over 70

my friend is over 70 and on dla hrm and lvc her health has detoriated can she claim both dla and attendance allowance at the same time? thank you

The answer is no. DLA is payable past 65 if already in payment prior to 65. Attendance Allowance, which has no mobility element, is payable to new claimants not receiving DLA/PIP over the age of 65.
