ESA Reassessment timescale was created by Tracey
Hi, I received my esa50 form in February 2017 and sent it back by mid March 2017. I havent heard anything since? I moved in late July 2017 and called to update my address and nothing was mentioned about my assessment. Its stressful enough waiting 3 or 4 months, but 10 1/2 months is awful, but im to scared to call them. Is this timescale normal in some areas? Im in Cornwall. Thank you.

There are considerable delays in the ESA assessment process at the moment, with most of the country waiting 6-9 months for an appointment, some areas such as the SW I'm afraid have even long waits.

You can try contacting Maximus for an idea of how much longer you might have to wait.
