Hi, my PIP was initially approved for 2 years, which ends in April. I'm a little concerned to read here that the 1043/AR1 forms are often sent a year before renewal, as only 3 months before mine is due, I haven't received a form yet.
Is there any way I can get a form or chase up what happened to it? My condition has significantly worsened since my initial assessment.

Contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, I would have expected you to have received a form by now.
I'm afraid the DWP are variable in their approach to renewing claims and we are still struggling to understand their approach for some.
The vast majority of claims are renewed a year in advance of the award ending, awards of less than two years and some that were decided at appeal are contacted 13 weeks before the end of the award. A few, they appear to be ones decided at appeal, are not renewed and the claimant is left to make a new claim for PIP.
