pip report request has opinions in it

hi folks. out of interest I requested my report for pip...
the information was correct but. it seems. they put personal opinion in. comments such as client looks overweight and unkempt.... yet lady states she doesn't prepare meals and eat properly ...
lady states she struggles to walk less than 50 metres without pain yet has walked from car park to assessment centre. (no choice it was in a hospital and I'm not in need of a wheelchair ) if I were to walk that distance regular it would be problem and they don't know i was in bed with the pain for 12 days after assessment.

. it might be worth asking for your report if you have been turned down .

I received my report yesterday.

I found it concise in what was discussed. I hadn't realised they put their opinion in there too!

said I was unkempt, overweight (what has that got to do with it) I was anxious and looked tired.

she even put in her opinion I should be reviewed in 3 years. ..

she misinterpreted some things i said. but in general it was as said. if I hadn't passed there are things i could of challenged.

she said things like.. client says cannot walk more than xyz meters yet walked with a stick from car park which Is further than xyz meters. ... I had no choice . and they didn't know I was in bed for 12 days after that!

she took 1.5 hours. in a way it was too long as I was stiff and in a lot of pain by the end. on the other hand I wasn't rushed and got a fair hearing .

she also said I didn't make much eye contact.
