Capita falsely claiming no-show for PIP assessment

So it is situation (a).

If you have only just returned the form then you will need to wait for the DWP to make a Decision, but it is almost a given that they will close the claim, you should not wait for this to request the information I mentioned from Capita.

To add.

You are assuming that Capita were waiting to see about a home assessment, it is likely that they did not and simply issued a second appointment letter.

Unless you are saying that the missed appointment was in regard the first appointment!
