Appeal court was created by Amanda w
Next Monday I have my appeal, I’m getting scared . If I don’t attend will the appeal still go ahead. And will I lose cause I’ve not gone.

If you don't attend then the panel do have the option of continuing with the hearing, you also have the option of switching to a Paper hearing that you do not need to attend.
Not attending is not a reason to refuse your appeal, but obviously they will be more limited in understanding how you are effected by your conditions.

Yes, contact the Tribunal Service, you will need your appeal reference number.
