Hi just wanted toask about ESA assessment. Doctor did not turn up for my assessment 2 years ago, then I had a phone calling asking if they could attend in a couple of days, I wasn't asked to fill in any forms. Upon receiving the report back discovered doctor had filled in the assessment form they usually send out and had ticked all the wrong boxes. One saying I could walk 200 metres when I would have said 20 to 50, as on my PIP form . Other boxes were ticked wrongly too. Surely i should have filled in the form as it asks what i think I can do? thanks

Hi the initial assessment was for 2 years ago and then they phoned out of the blue, on monday, saying there was a dr in the area on the dnesday, received letter on the wednesday saying appointment was on thursday. looked at papers and doctor ticked the boxes you get on form without asking me any of the questions.after phone call put in work related group, but I have agoraphobia will not be able to get to job centre. previous lady used to ring twice a year which was fine, new lady says they cannot ring sue
