After a medical I have been put in a work related group after previously having been in a support group. Once I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration, do I still have to attend a proposed meeting with a work coach in 11 days time?

I'm afraid so, your JC+ advisor may take account of your challenging the Decision but they are not required to do so.
