Hi my PIP is up for renewal in November. I received the paperwork to renew in January I filled all the forms and sent them back. I received a letter on the 20th February saying they had passed my forms on to Capita to review. I am taking this as a sign that it will be up to Capita if I need to have a face to face meeting with them. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what the outcome was. Thanks

This is all standard procedure for dealing with a renewal, I'm afraid it's impossible to say where a face to face will be required or not.
