Hello I'm new to this site but hope someo e can help me I've just had the 1043 Pip award review form and need some advice on question 4 bathing and dressing . I've adapted my bathroom taken out bath and installed a walk in shower to make things easier for me I've have periptal neuropathy in my hands and feet this is the result of the chemo drug used to treat my bowel cancer 4 years ago should I answer the question that it's easier or harder for me and explain why it's easier but I still need assistance to help me wash my hair and my body which my husband does for me

The PIP Bathing activity looks at your ability to use a standard bath or shower, so your limitations may not have changed just because you installed a walk in shower if you would still have problems with a bath or normal shower.

I've answered the question and ticked the box as easier and then put an explanation how it's easier but still need assistance with washing my hair and body because my grip has got worse and the walk in shower helps me because I have numbness and pain in my feet.v
