Capability for work questionnaire was created by Zenele
I have just received this form to fill out for my adult daughter with Autism/Learning difficulties/epilepsy. Has anybody with Autism filled out this form and what was the result. can't help but feeling this is to take some people out of the ESA support group? or is it being sent out to people who may be transferring form ESA to U.C/ Grateful for any feedback. Perhaps I'm panicking.

Re my previous topic regarding C.W.Q. form. Should have said my daughter had a medical assessment two years ago for ESA, and has been in the support group since 2012. She has enhanced PIP and will never be able to work. When will this ever end for everybody who has lifelong disabilities that will not improve.

Please make sure that use the latest ESA Claim guides as there has been updates to the DWP guidance, especially in regard to the Substantial Risk Regulations, which may impact on your daughter's reassessment.

This is nothing to do with Universal Credit, ESA claimants won't be migrated to UC for several years unless there are other reasons that they have to start a claim.

It is possible that following this assessment the DWP may decide not to reassess her again, see
