Hi,
I will be 70 on 5th April 2018 I receive D.L.A and my wife who is 62 receives C.A.
I missed doing P.I.P as I retired before 8/4/2013.I need to down size as the bungalow I live in is to big. Will moving home be a change of circumstances and will I be forced to do PIP.

Kindest Regards,
Daisy

No, if you were over the age of 65 on 8 April 2013 then you cannot be moved to PIP under any circumstances, although moving home would not have resulted in an invitation to claim PIP anyway.
