What happens now? I suppose that as ,y current award runs for another whole year, they could get in touch any time within the next 12 months? I wonder if it really is as simple as ticking the boxes, providing relevant evidence and getting a renewal?


The next stage in the process is to see whether you need a face to face, we have seen some delays in this part of the process due to Summer holidays so my guess is 2-6 weeks for you to hear.
