I would like to download the PA4 form

I’m having an PIP assessment at home the first week in April, a McMillan person is also attending with me. Very concerned as they can have a diabolical attitude. I suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia and to top it all jaw cancer operstion 2 yesrs so eating is a problem. I can drive and need my car as I can’t walk far for long. Can they still take your car away if it goes to Mandatory appeal. Plus I have a carer twice a week how do I show them prove, obviously don’t want to give them the bill as proof. I’m a pensioner also.

If your award is not what you hoped for and you are currently receiving DLA then it may be possible for Motability to allow you to keep your car while an MR is carried.
